Each of the terms mentioned below have, in these Conditions of Sale for Junkyard.pk Services (hereinafter the "Conditions"), the following meanings:

Announcement: Refers to all the elements and data (visual, textual, sound, photographs, drawings) presented by an Advertiser under their sole responsibility, in order to buy, rent, or sell a product or service and broadcast on the Website and Mobile Site.

Advertiser: Means any natural or legal person, of legal age, established in Pakistan, who holds an account and has submitted an announcement on the Website. Any Advertiser must be connected to their Personal Account to post and/or manage their listings. The first deposit of an announcement automatically entails the establishment of a Personal Account for the Advertiser.

Personal Account: Refers to the free account that any Advertiser must create and use to connect to the Website, allowing them to post, manage, and view their listings.

Junkyard.pk: Refers to the company that publishes and operates the Website and Mobile Site, registered with the relevant authorities in Pakistan under the registration number {YourCompany Registration Number}, with its registered office located at {YourCompany Address}.

Customer Service: Refers to the department of Junkyard.pk where Advertisers can obtain further information. This service can be contacted via email by clicking the link on the Website and Mobile Site.

Junkyard.pk Service: Refers to the services made available to Users and Advertisers on the Website and Mobile Site.

Website: Refers to the website operated by Junkyard.pk, accessed mainly from the URL https://junkyard.pk, allowing Users and Advertisers to access Junkyard.pk’s services via the internet.

Mobile Site: Refers to the mobile version of the Junkyard.pk Website, accessible from the URL https://junkyard.pk, allowing Users and Advertisers to access services via their mobile phones.

User: Refers to any visitor with access to Junkyard.pk’s services via the Website and Mobile Site, including consulting the services provided by Junkyard.pk across various platforms.

Subject

These Terms and Conditions of Use establish the contractual conditions applicable to any subscription by an Advertiser connected to their Personal Account from the Website and Mobile Site.

Acceptance

Any use of the Website by an Advertiser constitutes full acceptance of the current Terms.

Responsibility

Junkyard.pk cannot be held liable for non-performance or improper performance beyond its control, whether due to the Advertiser or a force majeure event.

Modification of Terms

Junkyard.pk reserves the right, at any time, to modify all or part of these Terms and Conditions. Advertisers are advised to regularly consult the Terms to remain informed of any changes.

Miscellaneous

If any part of these Terms is found to be illegal, invalid, or unenforceable for any reason, the affected provisions will be deemed unwritten, without affecting the validity of the remaining provisions, which will continue to apply between Advertisers and Junkyard.pk.
